About Izzy
My Story
When I first came to yoga, in my late teens, I only saw it as a fitness exercise or as way to stretch, focusing on the 'perfect' poses rather than truly feeling them.
However, during some difficult times, yoga became a space where I could reconnect with myself, finding comfort in the breath and mindfulness of the practice.
As I delved deeper into this transformative side of yoga, I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with TK Yoga in 2024. Now, I'm passionate about sharing the magic of yoga, which I now understand is more than just a class—it's a journey within.
Whilst I still love the physical benefits of yoga, my practice has evolved into something far richer, and I truly believe everyone can discover something valuable through yoga, which can be as simple as taking a moment to become present and breathe on the mat.
It is when we carry our practice into everyday life, where the true magic unfolds.

My Ethos and Teaching
My classes are centred around Hatha yoga, and I’m passionate about making yoga as accessible as I can to everyone through incorporating props and variations throughout my classes.

I encourage mindful movement supporting everyone to listen to their own body rather than compare themselves to others.
I love sharing the therapeutic power of movement in my classes, from the scientific benefits of yoga on our muscles, joints, and bodily systems, to the deeper impact on our inner world—helping us to feel grounded, connected, present and nurturing our entire well-being.

I simply hope that you leave my classes feeling grounded, present and more connected.
